General
How much does
domain registration cost?
The cost for domain registration is $35US per year. This
is inclusive of all registrar fees. You may select a
registration term of 1 - 10 years. We bill our customers
directly, and remit the registration fee to the official ICANN accredited registrar.
Note* All
charges are un US dollars. Charges will
appear on your credit card statement as Dynaserve
Technologies Ltd. Dynaserve is a Canadian company,
and the final charges appearing on your statement may
vary slightly depending on the US exchange rate on the
day of billing.

Is
webhosting included with the domain registration?
The domain registration fee covers the cost of
domain registration only. Webhosting is NOT
included. The free under construction page we provide is
a generic non-customizable page.

Can I
cancel my domain registration?
No. The registrar has a very strict cancellation
policy. Once a registration has been processed it is non-cancelable
and non-refundable.

Registration
How long does it take to process the registration?
Once your domain
application has been submitted, it must be reviewed by
our staff to ensure accuracy and completeness, and to
verify payment. Domain applications are then submitted
to the Registrar for registration, and will be added to
the root name servers within 24hours.

I just
registered my domain - why does it still show up as
'available'?
Please allow up to 24hours for your new domain
registration(s) to be added to the root name servers.

Will I
receive confirmation once my domain registration has
been completed?
No. We do not send final confirmation of
registration. Please allow 24Hours for your new
registration to be added to the root name servers, then
search for your domain using the search box on our site.
You will see your domain record. The WHOIS record serves
as your official proof of ownership. You will be
notified if there is a problem with your submission.

Transfer
How do I
transfer my domain to my webhosting ISP?
Email DNS modifications to dnsadmin@dynaserve.com
and we will update your domain record. In the subject
line put 'DNS Change'. In the body of the email specify
the domain name you wish to transfer, and the Primary
and Secondary DNS information (hostnames and IP numbers)
of the ISP that will be hosting your site. Transfer
requests must come from the email address of the
registered domain owner.

How do I
transfer my domain to Dynaserve for Free Domain Parking
or Domain Forwarding?
Please contact the registration service you
originally used to register your domain name, and
request the DNS change through them.
You will need to provide the following information to
transfer your domain to our servers:
Dynaserve Primary and Secondary Nameserver information:
NS1.DYNASERVE.COM
NS2.DYNASERVE.COM
Dynaserve Technical Handle (Internic): AD5854-ORG. If you are transferring to us to use our
Domain Forwarding service, please complete a Domain

How long
does a domain transfer take?
Domain transfers typically take 36hours to take
effect and propagate throughout the Internet. The
Registrar is currently experiencing extended delays in
processing transfers due to high volumes.

to see the new Primary and Secondary DNS information of
your webhosting ISP.

any cost to transfer my domain?
No. There is no cost to transfer your domain name to
or from our servers.

Record Modifications/Updates
How do
I update my domain record?
To update your domain record please login to our Domain
Control Panel. You will require the username and
password you provided when you submitted your domain
name registration. You may also request changes to your domain records (DNS,
Technical contact, etc) at any time via email. Please
direct any modification requests to dnsadmin@dynaserve.com

Why can't I modify my domain record at
networksolutions.com?
Networksolutions is no longer the central source for
domain names - there are many new ICANN accredited
registrars worldwide. We do not submit registrations
through Network Solutions, therefore you can not view or
modify your domain records there. Please submit any
domain modifications directly to us at dnsadmin@dynaserve.com
and we will update your domain record accordingly.

What
is Domain Forwarding?
Domain forwarding allows you to redirect traffic
from your domain name to another URL. With domain
forwarding you can have a FREE website from a free
hosting ISP, or personal web space at your local
Internet Service Provider (ISP), and access it from your
new domain - with no monthly hosting fees!

is Domain Cloaking?
Domain Cloaking hides the destination url of your
website. Once you arrive at your destination URL, all
links will be active as usual, however the location URL
in your browser will always say www.YourDomain.com.

If you transfer your domain name to us for free parking,
once we have received confirmation of the transfer we

I customize my 'Under Construction' page?
The 'under construction' page is generic, and is not
editable or customizable. If you would like publish
content under your domain name, you will need a web
